submitted by Breeia P. - |Recommended: YesUpcoming Renewal Lease — Rent is high and I feel with everything concerned n troubled issues I’ve had here within the 5 years I feel like some kind of compensation in the new upcoming lease should be fair a lower rate or something. Don’t get me wrong the problems with dry rotting and black mold in the bathroom that we suffered with was addressed and rectified but it’s crazy how long I’ve had to complain about problems here and throughout the apartment altogether yes I get the turnover rate Is unfortunate but the amount spent monthly should matter and we as paying tenants that work hard shouldn’t have to suffer because of it.. I hope Barrington can help in some way.
